Dział Rozwoju - ASPICE Process- & Configuration Manager (Specialist/Senior Specialist)

•    Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
•    Proven experience in Automotive SPICE process implementation and management.
•    Strong knowledge of ASPICE standards and best practices.
•    Experience with configuration management tools and methodologies.
•    Used to work with agile development tools, like Codebeamer, Jira, Confluence
•    Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

•    Develop, implement, and maintain Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) compliant processes and procedures
•    Create and update all necessary ASPICE conform documents in Codebeamer, Jira and Confluence
•    Ensure compliance with ASPICE standards across all project phases.
•    Deal with the process assessors and auditors to improve together the ASPICE process
•    Provide training and support to project teams on ASPICE processes and best practices.
•    Manage configuration management activities, including version control, change management, and release management.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment and integration.
•    Monitor and report on process performance metrics and KPIs.
•    Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
•    Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in ASPICE and configuration management.
•    Excellent communication in English and Polish and teamwork abilities
